The Music & Words series is unique amongst Cambridge college choirs as a secular equivalent to the traditional Choral Evensong and presents choral music and readings, curated to fit with a ‘thought for the day’ style talk.

Inter Alios Choir - Sundays 5:45pm

The Chapel at Churchill or ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï Dome

The joint choir of Churchill & ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï alternately lead an Anglican Choral Evensong in the Chapel at Churchill or perform a Music & Words event in the Dome at ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï.

Evensongs feature traditional choral music performed by the choir along with congregational singing of hymns. The sermon is delivered either by the Chaplain Nigel Cooper, or by a visiting speaker. The final Sunday of term will also feature Mass service, with the choir singing extracts from Schubert’s Mass in G major.

All events at either College are open to everyone but booking is required. Please email the chaplain directly to sign up – The Rev’d Canon Nigel Cooper
