New Scutching mill in Tekesi In 2002, the total flax planting area of Tianyi Industry is planed to be 14,000 hectare. It is estimated that there will be 57,600tons flax straw harvested in 2002. Because the previous 5 flax scutching lines could not meet the demand of our development strategy, Tianyi Industry will invest RMB60,000,000 to found a new material processing mill in Tekesi with four scotching lines. It will process 32,000tons flax straw, produce 3940tons long fibre, 3840tons short fibre and 2000tons flax wood. It estimated that the annual income will be RMB75,759,000, income tax will be RMB9,887,500, net profit will be RMB20,074,500. The project of Tekesi will offer 1,600 employing position, increasing the income of peasants in Tekesi, spurring on the rapid development of town-and-village economy and stabilizing the superiority position of Yili Flax April 18, 2002, Xinjiang D'long(Group) Yili Tianyi Industry Co., Ltd. Tekesi Scutching Mill has been formly founded with fireworks.（see figure 1） New company- Xinjiang Yili Tansun Seeds Co., Ltd. Aim for the phenomenon of jumbled and regressive linseed varieties in present flax planting nationally, Tianyi industry has negotiated with Hei Longjiang Mingshui Xinyuan Flax product Co., Ltd for many time and decided to found a new company, Xinjiang Yili Tianxin Seeds Co., Ltd. which will be engaging in the linseed industry of Yili River, and distribute itself to the development and enhance of Chinese linseed industry. The registered capital of Tianxin Seeds Co., Ltd. is RMB10, 000,000. Tianyi Industry invests RMB5,500,000 , account for 55%; and Xinyuan Co., Ltd. invests RMB4,500,000, account for 45%. Tianxin Seeds Co., Ltd unifies the linseed producing, managing, marketing, service together, aims at the linseed breeding and researching of introduction scientifically and accurately, and try its best to make Tianxin Seeds Co., Ltd. be the first-class Linseed Company in China. May 28,2002, Xinjiang Tansun Seeds Co., Ltd. has been formaly founded with thousands of white pigeons.(see figure 4) Yunnan Kunming Flax New Varieties Identification meeting Xinjiang Yili Tianxin Seeds Co., Ltd. held a “Yunnan Kunming Flax New Varieties Identification meeting” in Yunnan from March 7, 2002 to March 9, 2002. The government leaders and the relative persons from Xinjiang, Hei longjiang and Yunan Province attended this meeting. They talked with each other on the national flax problems and visited the flax new varieties testing field and sang highly of the achievement of Tianxin. It is first time for company to organize this kind of meeting: flax science-research result identification meeting, which will accelerate transformation of the flax science-research outcome to industrial products, promote the Chinese benign linseed production, animate the construction of Chinese flax material base basically, and finally make the Chinese linseed industry into international advanced level standard.
